You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights of any text, images, contact info, or job histories that you input into the Resume Builder. We do not claim any ownership rights over your generated resume content.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of the information you place on your resumes.

When utilizing our platform, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or plagiarized profile details
• Use the service to store, transmit, or link to malware or malicious code
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise our web security or backend database systems
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to harvest templates or content from our services

5. Limitation of Liability

Our resume builder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we design our templates to align with modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) guidelines, we do not guarantee job interviews, employment success, or specific screening results.

In no event shall ResumeBuilder be held liable for any loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising out of your use or inability to use our tools.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these terms at our discretion. If we make material modifications, we will update the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
